This muppet looking kid reminds me of one of the brats I would get conned into babysitting when I was drafted into being a lunch patrol in grade school. As you can see, I am still bitter about the experience many years later.
I've been meaning to see this film. Apparently it's about how the older generation gang member influence the younger.
